Working World, established in 1987, serves the entire U.S. Virgin Islands community in every aspect of their employment needs.

From entry level to top management, we fill every type of position and serve temporary, part-time and permanent placement needs.  All applicants are thoroughly assessed on their skills and previous employment history.

Working World offers a complete employment service for U.S. Virgin Islands businesses. Each pay period, we will prepare payroll checks, employee earnings statements, payroll journals, department summaries (if applicable), time sheets and payroll deduction journals, if these items are required.

CITD – Caribbean Institute for Training & Development

CITD is a non-profit corporation providing training and support to Caribbean government agencies, private companies and non-profit organizations.

The comprehensive educational facility in St. Thomas offers a wide range of training including a vast array of computer software, and internet programs.  We specialize in the state of the art training in customer service, sales, business/office organization and management.  Companies and individuals may enroll for private tutorials or small classes.  All companies receive training for their specific needs.

 CITD also provides grant writing and strategic planning to non-profit organizations.
